Kathy Waterbury is a liar. Had a minor accident where I was struck by another vehicle. I called Allstate immediately and was advised by Cathy to call the other party's insurance and wait for investigation. Other insurance group is incredibly unresponsive, so I called back to mine. I was immediately asked if I had backed into someone else (my last claim was that incident). When I informed her that I was not at fault, that I tried engaging with the other parties insurance, she told me to file a claim and let them fight it out. I told her I was out of a ride, and she told me that life incidents happen. I stayed I was incredibly unhappy with that response and that I was disappointed with their services. She yelled at me stating she has 35 years of experience and that's I just need to deal with it and then she hung up on me. I don't know what I expected, but I feel like I've been had by someone who makes it her life's goal to profit from misery.

Jess At all state has always been extremely helpful and very attentive. I know it's going on above everything way Asked. I have canceled 2 insurance companies to come and join this company after dealing with Jess. I don't think I will go with any other insurance company again in my life. Kathy was amazing and very thorough! She helped us switch our insurance from our out of state one, always let me call or text with ANY questions I had. She was very sweet and patient and helped me get things in order! Wonderful experience!
