Jeff & his team to a great job! One of the best experiences I had with Jeff was when he wasn't even my insurance agent! I had a claim with my insurance company & wasn't getting the answers & help I needed. I knew Jeff socially, so I called him up for help. He spend at least an hour on the phone with me walking through my issue & had some helpful advice for resolving the situation. After that, I moved all my insurance to him. Cars, house, umbrella policy, life insurance. His office staff is friendly & helpful. I've recommended them to all my friends!

I've been in business with Jeff Cantrell and American Family Insurance since 1999 and it has been the best relationship and insurance experience ever! Never have I had my rates go up for no reason and he along with his staff have always been more than accommodating to my needs. Anytime I need to make a change or add insurance to a new car, a simple phone call to Jeff or his staff has resulted in my vehicles being covered that minute, without the fear of getting a huge bill! I recommend giving him a call for the best rates in town and also being treated like family, instead of a policy!

I've been a customer of the Cantrell Agency for about a decade. They provide my homeowner's and vehicle policies as well as a liability umbrella. Jeff and his team have always been responsive to my needs and requests and quick to act. As with any customer, I wish my costs were less for my overall insurance however Jeff's team has spent time with me reviewing coverages / deductibles, etc. to help minimize my costs. Lastly, when I've had claims, American Family has been responsive and paid. I happily recommend the Cantrell agency to others.

These folks even call to set up yearly reviews to make sure your plans are efficient and consist of the appropriate coverage. In a recent claim situation, not only was the AMFAM claims representative super responsive, but Jeff even reached out personally to make sure all was well. Jeff Cantrell and his team have been amazing to work with. They handle all of our business and personal policies. Mark is our main contact. I've been a customer of Jeff's/AmFam for several years. Jeff is the most honest, helpful agent I've come across, and as a chronic price-shopper, I know what I'm talking about. One example: AmFam carries our homeowners insurance, but not car coverage (long story). When I have car insurance questions, tho, I go to Jeff; he always gives me the straight inside scoop on how it all works and what to expect. No hard sell, no doublespeak. Insurance isn't a product anyone wants to buy, of course, but Jeff makes it as pleasant as possible.
