Rented the Bear Creek Cabin in Breckenridge the check in process and attention to all the details needed for our family of 11 were spot on. The location is close to everything you want to do in Breckenridge. The pool table and jacuzzi are a plus for the cabin. Cabin is very spacious and accommodated our entire family when it comes to bedrooms and bathrooms. The cabin outside and interior is gorgeous all appliances in the kitchen are top brand. We received a welcoming gift that was a nice gesture. Definitely an A+++ experience for a cabin rental. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Stayed at 8 bedroom home a couple blocks off of Main Street. Walkable. Great house, clean, roomy, two kitchens and plenty of games for kids and adults. Shuttle service was punctual. The Summit Luxury Estates staff was attentive and available. Will return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beaver Lodge! Summit was extremely responsive -- Erica, Taj and Isabelle were all fantastic! If we called about something, it was fixed immediately! House was great...plenty of towels and blankets which was something we were concerned about with our large group ... huge bonus getting to use the garage as it rained quite a bit. Definitely recommend!

There is nothing that Natalie and Adam have not thought through to ensure that you have the best and most restful vacation under their care. There are so many details of forethought that put the cherry on top of our family experience. They personally met us at the location to ensure everything was prepared according to their high standard. Chap stick and altitude acclimating information awaited. The kitchen is fully stocked and as things came up and I needed to store leftovers, there were options within the stocked kitchen and things already in drawers as though it was home. They were always readily available to ensure we were making the most of our getaway. All of the recommendations for local exploration were entertaining. We saw portions of the city we would have never known to search out. Thank you! Thank you for an amazing and personalized family trip. We will never travel through Colorado without their personal touch and staying within their estates!

I hired Summit Luxury Estates in Feb. to help me build and manage my dream home in Breckenridge and I could not be happier. Adam and Natalie have been amazing and have done nothing but make my life easier and save me money.

I live in Chicago and was worried about not being there while my house was being built. That worry completely disappeared within a couple of weeks working with Adam. He was instrumental in finding me not only the best builder in the area, but also the best architects. He not only found them for me, but he also helped me negotiate the best pricing with both. He took on my home as if it were his own and that made me feel so great knowing I couldn't be there all the time.

Once the build is done, Adam and Natalie will manage the rentals for me. I have no doubt in my mind that they will be perfect at it. Even though it is almost a year away from that time, they have already started preparing the house for renters. Just the suggestions they have made during the build to improve the rental experience have been excellent.

Adam & Natalie's experience and knowledge have made building my dream house better than I could have imagined and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I would recommend them to anyone looking to build, rent or manage a property up in Summit County. They are wonderful people who are not only great at what they do, but completely trustworthy and go above and beyond in every way. I not only love working with them, but also consider them friends.
