I have been around for a while; I'm 64-years old.
A "budget" insurance company, was my provider before Allstate, but refused to give me lower rates even though they knew I qualified. I warned them I would leave them and they ignored my warning and did not give me the respect or rates I was due. I am now with Allstate where I am treated with respect and have the low rates I desire.
You may wish to consider your options when it comes to those budget insurance companies. I did, and I am happier for it.
