I have been with this agency for around 20 years, despite being a tough customer who does not hesitate to switch providers when I'm unhappy. Their service has always been outstanding. It was especially excellent after a recent severe hailstorm that took out my roof and 2 skylights. From that night, when they provided me with an offer of 24/7 emergency assistance if the skylights broke all the way through and leaked, to the conclusion of my claim, the response has been swift and everything has been completely taken care of. I can't say enough good things about this agency!

We have been insured by Brooks Allstate for more than 30 years! For us, it is the service we receive that keeps us as loyal customers. It's always been easy to call and immediately speak to Ryan or Steve. We have had two experiences when we moved away and had to find other insurance -- both times were very disappointing and caused us to appreciate the service Brooks more. We will be customers of Brooks as long as we live in Boulder!

Under the auspices of a 'complimentary survey' of my home, Allstate is holding hostage the renewal of my policy until I enact changes to my property. This is an obvious attempt at reducing Allstate's exposure to risk in response to the recent fires in the area, but was conducted under false premise and without my permission; making it an underhanded business practice.

I have been with this Company and agent for over 10 years but completely ignored me or helped me when I needed them the most. I even went to the State of Colorado to try to fix this issue and even then My agent didn't move one finger for me or even call me to try to fix it. Waiting for time to pass to dump them. State Farm is waiting for me with better rates too!! Can't wait!!
