We've been with Patrick and Tina for 20+ years, and have been very happy with the responsiveness and quality of service they provided to our family throughout our journey. We created a personal connection with them, as they helped us from the early days with little to no assets to today. We lost our home to the Marshall fire, and Tina and Patrick were there from day one, ensuring we were happy and comfortable with our claim adjustor and helping us along the way with policy questions. Farmers did pay what was in our policy, which is only what we can ask for. We would recommend them to anyone looking for comprehensive insurance out there!

Patrick and Tina are a great team! They always get us a fast turn-around and are super helpful.

We recently had some considerable hail damage in our area and all of the adjusters that came out were friendly, helpful, and the claims we were able to make were quite generous.

They may not be the cheapest insurance around (Farmer's never is) - but it is 100% worth it and I would highly recommend Farmer's and Patrick's team.

Patrick was our insurance agent for almost 8 years. Not once can I remember him reaching out proactively for a policy review. When we reached out, he made the process confusing—he did not present information in a clear or easy-to-understand format, he made recommendations that other insurance agents said were "nonsense", and he called maternity leave a "sabbatical" with zero remorse.

I wish I had switched agents sooner—he let us go underinsured for years without us even knowing. There are hundreds of insurance agents out there. Pick a different one.

Awful service, unknowledgeable staff. I added another vehicle and the agent didn't think it was applicable to tell me it would more than double my premium. She just added it right in and let me find out via an email bill. Their insurance also goes up annually whether or not you've actually gotten a ticket or filed a claim, doesn't matter. I'll never use them again certainly.
