After my 1 year old son ended up in the hospital with bronchitis, there was a dispute between one of the care providers and Cigna about cost. I would have been stuck paying the difference- over $1500. Ronnie at FH Insurance negotiated with Cigna on my behalf and was able to get our claim resubmitted and Cigna agreed to pay the balance.
