My wife and I had a very poor experience dealing with this rental company. The carpets were in awful shape when we moved in due to the prior renter's dogs. We had them cleaned several times, including right before we moved out. You can understad that when we received a $588 deduction from our rental deposit for "carpet cleaning" we were livid. They also took over a month to repair our AC unit. I would recommend leasing with another company.

We loved having this management team for 5 years. They are amazing with communication and worked fast with repairs considering we rented a very old house that had several issues. Shout out to Hector and Nubia for being amazing to work with. I'd rent from this company again.

I moved halfway across the country and the staff helped me get through the moving process online. It made the whole process much less stressful than it could have been. The staff is always quick to respond to emails and maintenance requests. You can pay your bills online and that's a huge perk for me when I'm always on the go. The property I live at is incredibly clean, and surprisingly very peaceful and quiet.
Overall, I've spoken with four staff members of Property Resources during my time here and they have always been kind, courteous, and quick to help. This is the best experience I've ever had with a property management company.

Liars and frauds. They made up charges about cleaning to deduct from my security deposit which I did myself. The next tenants were friends of mine and moved in before my lease was finished and they still charged for cleaning while people were there and can confirm this never happened. Do not trust these people they barley even know how to run their books and records and overcharge you beyond the lease agreement. Incompetent staff. Zero stars if possible but one is required for a post. They cannot even retain their own employees or maintain their properties that were built in the early 1900s.

Terrible experience with this renting company. They let us view an apartment and then gave us a completely different one, which was in horrible shape. They have now begun to cancel my maintenance requests whenever I try and get something fixed too. Avoid this company at all costs.

Property Resources Inc has been unresponsive about my recent application. I paid $160 for app fees with not even a courtesy call from them. It’s been 8 days since applying. We have made multiple calls and left voicemails, checking in on the status. I do not recommend this property management company. Lack of customer service!
