Chrissy is the best property manager I've rented from in Boulder. Some of the bigger companies around here are fine if you never have any issues or maintenance needs, but the minute something goes wrong, you don't know who you are talking to, or whether they have the will or ability to help. With Chrissy, you can be sure that she will get things sorted out quickly, and with good communication every time. She also doesn't nickle-and-dime you with "administrative fees", is reasonable about late payments, and must have been extremely judicious with our deposit, because we got back much more that I expected. Overall, a pleasure to rent from.
