Typical insurance. Jacob is super knowledgeable and motivated, but maybe a bit too ambitious. Takes on many new people for training frequently, so service and sales have a hard time keeping up with his pace, especially with the systems being slow. He has so many clients, it makes it hard to get in touch with him.
