Veta has been the absolute best. When I first sat down with her, she reviewed my existing policy and found numerous errors (coverage for things I didn't do and not covered for what I did do). I feel a bit disappointed to have to be the first "bad" rating, but I had an unpleasant experience when shopping for insurance here. Veta seemed to be in a rush when asking me a bunch of questions for my house, including my SSN (?) and policy number of my current insurance, and instead of an instant quote like the other brokers I spoke with, she told me that she would get back to me by the end of the week.
Never returned my call. This was over a month ago.
I tried contacting her the following week with no reponse, and sent a follow-up email, but never had my message returned. For these reasons, I am leaving a 1-star review for her service.

Veta ghosted me after she assured me she would call me back with an insurance quote.
I originally called in November to get a quote for a new insurance policy. Gave her all my details. She said she'd get back to me in about a day.
Did not call me back.
After no response for a week, I tried calling her back.
No response.
Waited a month, then sent another email.
No response.
If you could not get me an insurance policy, fine...but don't tell me you will let me know and then ignore my attempts for a follow-up.
