I have had some really negative experience with insurance agents and brokers lately. Poor communication, no follow up, and even misinformation. Almando Garcia was recommended to me and he was great. After buying a new car i needed auto insurance. i didn’t know much about insurance and really needed someone who would take the time to explain everything to me and that’s exactly what Almondo did. He spent HOURS going over everything, and going through many different coverage types to help me run through the numbers. He informed me but also took my opinion into regard. He was so kind and patient. After the first phone call I knew I wanted to use him and every conversation since has only confirmed that. I will continue to use Almondo year after year. I will be referring every friend and family who needs an insurance broker. His customer service, industry knowledge, and work ethic should be used as a model for how businesses should be run. I can’t say enough good things about him and my experience. If you’re wondering if you should use him definitely do. If you’re a women and worried about getting an overpriced premium or condescending tones from and agent then definitely use Almondo.
