I've always had a great experience here, from personal savings, checking, joint checking, loans and notary, they are kind and as efficient as possible. My favorite person is Nicole Brown! She helped me with some paperwork for Medicaid in a Saturday, and if you have delt with Medicaid at all, you know how tiring they can be! Nicole made the process super easy and I left feeling like I had just met a best friend from another life! Thank you Nicole!

Awesomeness! Nicole Brown helped me open a checking account, and a money market account. The money market account is absolutely free with free checks also. The checking account requires four transactions with your debit card a month, then no charge. No problem since I do not carry cash. I will use the money market account for my Church and other business. If you're using a bank instead of this credit union you are missing out! Move to Red Stone!

I been with this bank for 15 years or more my family banks there to.. the online banking app we can transfer money to one another accounts it's awesome so convenient. Everyone of the employees are very nice and helpful I have never had a complaint about this bank..It don't matter how I look that day if I been working look rough they still treat me same if I was dressed up. inside the rfcu in Arab Alabama it's beautiful one I always use Arab location employee are wonderful ppl.. bathrooms always clean. I love everything about this bank so does my parents my son who is 22 years old..Makes our life easier to when using the online banking app.

I have been at Redstone going on five years and haven’t had a bad experience yet. They are really easy to work with and are available to assist in any way necessary. The employees have always been super helpful. It would be very difficult for me to go anywhere else! I would highly recommend using them for all your banking needs! Not only for checking and saving but also investing and loans which I have also used them for.

I am very disabled and I can not get around easy! I need to get a statement and they refused me because my Driver Lic expired! Then refused me to get money out of the bank to get my lic! This is a bad bank! So I call this number below for RSCU, They send me my statement in the mail! Which any one can get the info! But will not let me get it in person! This Place is worse off than I first thought!
