I had my auto loan through Piles Peak Credit Union and I will never have another loan through them again. Their online account system is such a mess. It’s very difficult to make online payments. Let alone they charge fees for everything except and automatic payment. I was trying to pay off my loan. To do it over the phone it was going to be a $10 fee. To pay online was a $5 fee but I couldn’t pay it off online because they have a limit of a $2500 payment. Since my only option was to pay over the phone I had to pay the $10 fee and they would not waive the $10 over the phone payment fee either. I’ve had loans with other credit unions and have never had this issues at all. AVOID PIKES PEAK CREDIT UNION!!!!

I gave them proof of insurance, and they admitted to having it. Told them I'm in the hospital and can't use my e-mail to resend it. They said to bad your going to get charged for no insurance even though they have proof of my insurance and admitted it. Shannon there was very rude and hung up on me multiple times, calling me a liar. I felt so disrespected and will not recommend this bank to anyone nor use them again. I will be closing my account as soon as possible as they do not respect their members.

This establishment stole $225 from us on the pretence of transferring money. This happen 9 times in a short amount of time. No one at the bank ever notified us or questioned what was happening. This account was not used vey often. They will steal your money. Beware
