Ent has been nothing but headaches for the last year. They debited my checking account for some credit card that wasn't mine. Then they double drafted a large payment I made, causing a massive overdraft in my other checking account. Their disposition from beginning to end was unbelievably obtuse, rude, and accusatory. They couldn't explain any of the movement of money through their system, and assumed it could only be my fault. The back-end of their banking system is hot trash I no longer trust them with my money. What makes it worse is their belligerence when errors in their system are brought to their attention. Making mistakes that cost your customers time and money is bad, but forgivable. Treating your customers like garbage when errors are brought to your attention is completely unforgivable. I will never bank with Ent again. They simply cannot be trusted with anyone's money.
If you're having trouble, I strongly encourage you to report it to the Colorado Division of Financial Services (the division of DORA that regulates state credit unions). You're highly unlikely to get any help from Ent.

I have several mortgages with ent and have recommended them to other investors in the past. But I simply can’t log into their account or reach anyone on the phone or online. It’s just a giant waste of time and extremely frustrating to have them not even be able to produce a website that allows you to login or a phone that is answered.

After being with ENT for 30 years I am just done with ENTs lack of customer service & typical bank issues. They are absolutely nothing special. I have moved to ALLY online bank. Much more access friendly and customer service is on point.

I've been hacked twice within 2 months call their 24 hr fraud response n they don't answer. Then they tell me they short handed like that's our fault when they promised us? They are horrible. Been with em for 6 years n always suck. Rather deposit my stuff at Walmart at this point.

Ent was at one point, a trustworthy and quality place. That has evidently changed, and that is no longer the case. I no longer have any faith in the people that work there, or the business practices that they pretend to follow. A person should not have to live with a sense of fear that the people handling their finances will lie to them, or be a catalyst to a credit being negatively impacted due to their lies. DO NOT trust them with your finances, or anything affected by your finances, or regret will follow. This company is entirely self serving, and does NOT look out for the best interests of its “members”.
P.S.- Ent has withheld information from disabled veterans, costing them thousands of dollars, as well as lied to them, in order to close on a refinance. On top of that, they won’t do ANYTHING to compensate for the damage their employees inflict. If I could assign a zero star rating, I would.

Have been trying to take care of an inherited mortgage for 4 years before being told their headquarters moved. Called and tried to make an appointment and was told that they don't take appointments, but someone would be available right away if I came in anytime Monday-Friday 8-5. It's 1pm on a Tuesday and the first thing I'm told by security is that I should've made an appointment. Do not use this bank!!!

Update: after waiting 40 minutes, a woman came out and tried to talk to me in the main lobby: I had to request a private space to talk about personal information. I was then told she could only talk to the person whose name is on the loan, who is deceased! When I asked for a supervisor, I was told that "maybe" she would get someone, and was left in a conference room for 10 minutes. And this is why it's been 4 years! I cannot stress enough - do not trust this bank!
