Kim McKinley is truly the best real estate agent...ever. Kim did everything over and above expectation and made my house sale a breeze. I have had Kim help me twice in a home transaction and both times, the process was seamless. Any issues that came up, she handled. Kim is fantastic at communication and follow through. My wife and I recently purchased (and then leased out) a house in Basalt Co through McKinley sales. Our situation was somewhat complicated by the fact that we are Australian Citizens and currently living in Houston TX and are also first time buyers in the US. (ie complicated the credit, searching, viewing etc) As a result from start to finish it took approx 9 months.

Drew and the team were very patient and helpful throughout the process and took the time to answer questions and provide additional photos and video of the properties we were interested in etc.

Overall we were very pleased with the service provided and would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective buyers.

I called inquiring about rentals around the Valley area. Kim was incredibly accommodating and informative. I am from out of state and not very familiar with the area or where to look. She was unfortunately unable to immediately help me due to not dealing in rentals very often, but she was very helpful in giving me information about the area, how some things work, and multiple places to look. It’s very refreshing to receive that high level of customer service and length of conversation.
