Blue Bear Tax Solutions did a wonderful job. I called needing emergency help after a different CPA screwed up my taxes by the numbers and I owed way to much money. On a referral, I contacted Clinton and he and his team did a great job of being interactive, informative, knowledgeable and responsive. Awesome! Quick! Efficient! Clint with Blue Bear helped me situate my taxes and me and my wife purchased our first home! Clinton prepared our 2023 return. He kept submitting the return without having me review it first so I kept finding mistakes after. Eventually he told me that we shouldn't file any more amended returns or I risk being audited. So we ultimately paid more than we owed because of his numerous oversights. At one point I had to find the tax law myself to prove to him that I qualified for a specific credit.

I asked how to proceed with payment and he advised me to just wait for IRS to send me something in the mail. That felt wrong to me so fortunately I was able to figure it out on my own to avoid the interest I would've owed.

Now as I'm doing my 2024 returns myself, I am finding more errors. He didn't even count any of the state withholdings from my spouse's W2. Only mine were listed. We may have actually broke even instead of paying several thousand if I hadn't used his services.

On top of all of this, he also sent me someone else's entire tax packet: all of the forms with their SSNs and everything.
