I just had to make one of the hardest phone calls to Bernard to cancel my policies with him. My girlfriend moved in recently, and with the family discount she gets, along with her wanting to insure her items in the house under her policy, we made the decision to bundle everything with her company for now.

This is nothing to do with Allstate, or ESPECIALLY with Bernard and his family. They have been BEYOND wonderful, and have helped me on multiple occasions over the many years I've been a client. I even stayed with his agency after moving out of state rather than finding a local agent.

Bernard will go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of! He's a great guy, and I can't thank him enough. Hell take great care of you, I promise!

Bernard has been an excellent agent for us. All our insurance needs are with him in one reasonably priced basket. If I could give 0 stars on this review I would. Bernard is not the agent everyone claims him to be. Bernard sat on the phone today throwing my grandmothers personal issues in her face. A 75 year old Very sick lady with some memory problems. Bernard mocked how my grandmother and I are either broke or never have money as a sales man and a person working in customer service you should never throw a persons down falls or life events in there faces. Never would I think Bernard would give an experience like this but he did and I’m very disappointed in him and Allstate as a business. Be careful what you tell him or he will make sure to throw it in your face and make you feel bad about the situation your going through as a person.
