Not impressed at all. Tried talking in circles. Got passed to and from agents. After the 4th trip back and forth they say "oh sorry we don't take debit, or cash." Ridiculous add on fees for a service I thought was futile. I'm glad I'm only buying a piece of property. Definitely not worth the hassle. I should be able to give 0 stars.

Please GO TO Stewart! You won't regret it. (compared to the other company) We bought and sold this summer and used the other company first and regretted it(Stewart fixed (in ONE hour)what the other company could not...we wished we would have used Stewart title for both transactions. Stewart was FAST, professional, thorough. Ask for Stephanie, thats who we worked with..Her and Heather will get the job done. Seriously...USE Stewart title...Please!

This company has taken over for Yukon Title Company. My experience is they are very slow and do not return phone calls. I recently paid off two properties. The first property I waited 3 months for the deed of reconveyance and had to call multiple times to get any progress. I am now waiting for the 2nd properties deed of reconveyance for 3 months and am having to call and call to get anyone to perform. Multiple calls been made with little progress. Still waiting.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They took care of the documents I needed notarized in just a few minutes for free. Closing on my house there tomorrow. I'm sure it will go smoothly.

My wife's village corporation offered mortgage/rent assistance and would not accept the warranty deed because her name was not on it. I called and asked how to add her and Yukon Title had all the answers and sent me all the information I needed in an email. Thanks for all your help Denise!

They took 2 months to do a title search, and then waited until Friday afternoon to send docs for closing on the following Tuesday. I was supposed to docu-sign everything, but they sent a PDF that I have to print out, sign, fill out, notarize, and then fed ex back to Fairbanks by Tuesday. I live off grid, and it is very difficult to print and notarize docs without spending the entire day driving around. The solution from them is to spend even more money using an online notary. That does NOT get me any closer to Fed ex. The last time I was required to hand sign closing docs was a few years back. In this HI-Tech world, Doc-usign is the way to go. Stewart Title of Fairbanks is still working by chisel and stone. Not a good experience so far, and it still isn't over. SOMEONE should start a new title company and put them and Fidelity out of business. It would be easy>>>> Just do your job, and you have them beat hands down.

Not the greatest experience. Issues scheduling the appt, issues while signing papers on a Monday, issues getting payment sent out on time (completely missing the deadline FRIDAY & almost missing again on Monday), issues with contacting for check pick up, etc. Even got a call saying we were overcharged and they were having to mail us a check. ?
