As someone else mentioned in their review, the first few years with Trailstone were good. However at this point I am absolutely done with them.

My wife and I have patiently waited for a month while they continuously pushed deadlines for sending us quotes. The amount of phone and email tag we've played with them trying to get information is just unreal. They've shown us they have zero sense of urgency when it comes to our situation.

At this point I just want to cancel, get them off our policies, and be done with them for good. Too bad I can't get anyone to answer my phone calls, texts, or emails.
