I've worked with C3 since 2021. There has been some changes over the years, but I've been very impressed. They handle everything for you, from finding qualified tenants, to collecting rents, to handling repairs. I can go a year without even thinking about my property but have peace of mind knowing it's in good hands. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop, I'd recommend giving them a call.

I have used numerous property managers over the years, and C3 Property Management is certainly the best I have ever used. Ben and Sam are a fantastic team - using data to accurately price my properties, fantastic systems, excellent communication, and PROACTIVE efforts to ensure my properties are well cared for. They are on top of all the legal changes, constantly updating their leases and policies to make sure I am protected. They are NOT focused being the "biggest" property management company, but instead, the BEST. This allows them to pay attention to details, provide excellent care, and not drop balls. These guys simply do it differently. They are way beyond the average PM company and their rates/fees are competitive. I will continue to send them all of my properties and will give any investor I know their contact info.
