After being thrown to the curb by my previous insurance company, California Casualty (who refused to help me after my car was totaled by a drunk driver because I only had liability and even though I had a claimless history of 15+ years with them), a friend of mine referred me to Mitch's office. After searching for insurance companies, using brokers, I came across this specific state farm. Sam is my agent and she crushed it. Gave me more insurance than I had for less. She knew everything that I had before and offered better protection cuz why not right? She got back to me within hours and super relaxed through it all.
