I've had Progressive insurance for my motorcycles since the mid-90s, always with excellent service. This morning, I called my agent, Laura Ryan (with Evertree Insurance in Colorado) regarding what I thought was an omission on my Progressive ID card. Turns out I was wrong about that, but Laura very quickly and cordially resolved the matter. It was very nice speaking with her on the phone ... she was clearly committed to helping me as her customer the best she could. Goes to show that both Progressive and their agents are top-notch and extremely dependable.
