Absolutely no understanding of the concept of “customer service.” We had a deal that progressed through due diligence then everything went to zero. Capstone basically went silent…I had to beg for information. They are unprofessional and rude. If any of my employees acted like these people I would fire them on the spot. Horrific experience with this firm that wasted a year of my life.
