Not a firm for your "average millionaire"
This firm is fairly well known, and has some prestigious clients. Ordinarily firms like this are still content to offer us peons outside the 3 comma club, mediocre service, at an exorbitant cost. Also, they usually put in some effort to make you feel important, and even pretend you're rich.

Seems the staff at this firm don't care enough to even smile while they're ripping you off.

It's my opinion that NONE of these capital management firms do anything at all to justify their fees.

Maybe if you won the lottery, or inherited a large estate and had no idea about wealth management you'd be better off hiring them than listening to your friend who owns a Guy Fawkes mask telling you to put it all into Dogecoin. But that's a low bar.

Worse returns than an index fund, while paying to be sniggered at because you're not a billionaire. It's not worth it just to tell your friends that you are a client of theirs.

Wouldn't recommend their services to anyone. They have been extremely hard to work with over the last year and would consistently run me in circles when trying to get access to my account. The lady on the phone would get easily irritated at just about any question I would ask, and the overall communication from the company has been poor. If you want bad customer service from a boutique firm this is might be the place you are looking for.
