Blue CU bought out my old CU. I was a member with that CU for 39 years. Instead of transferring the account they closed it. That caused my credit score to tank! Today I was expecting my automatic deposit pay and that didn't work. I do not recommend Blue Credit union. The people are nice but the product fails.

There's a BIG push to sign you up for accounts, and the communication is excellent while that's happening; however, the products don't receive support from people or their apps/website after (basic expectations here too).

I worked with Janette on an expedited loan due to leaving town. She was such a pleasure. Great assurance and communication on the process and got us through everything in less than 24 hours! She was truly amazing. Once we arrived at the location, the entire staff was friendly and professional. The interior of the building is modern and inviting. Happy to do business with Blue.

The atm is always down when I go to get cash (3 times in a row!) so I always get charged fees for using other atms! (The next closest branch to me is almost 20 miles away!!!) photo below is of the last time, and the time before the ‘construction’ crew just blatantly blocked it, so I was forced to go inside. I went inside to just get cash, it took 10 minutes and then as I’m leaving the woman tells me there are multiple issues with my account and takes 20 minutes to change my address. I have gotten stupid fees from this bank for “bad address” which I was told was due to an issue with the postal service (?) and was refunded after multiple times contacting the bank. I have been charged monthly for a paper statement when I have never received them and signed up for online banking multiple times. I only joined because it was the only bank open around the holidays last year. The only pro is that they have accounts with no monthly fees.

If You want a loan through Company that you can’t get in touch with or that only uses third parties to answer the phone and charges hight “convenient fees” for any and everything for the most inconvenient service you’ll receive then you’ve come to the right place!

Will be paying this loan off ASAP and avoiding ever doing business with them again.
Very easy to get a loans, but after doing business with them, it’s obvious why, there isn’t a long list of people who have the patience to put up with this.

never ever bank with this FCU. they charged 30 dollars for 0.01 or one cents and after such a long services never bother to waive and trying to threaten me. They suddenly change something to charge $7.00 per month without notifying,. This bank should simple never exist. Period. Good luck if you still do as I was treated after so many years.
