I recently purchased a new vehicle that had to be financed through the manufacturer to be eligible for current rebates. The interest rate was high but there was no penalty for refinancing the loan, so after a few months I reached out to the Credit Union of Denver to refinance.
I've been a member for many years and the process could not have been easier. I filled out an online application. Verified a few questions and provided some information by email. Within a few days I was approved with a lower rate, delayed payment if I wanted and cash back for transferring my loan. I had the choice of closing in person or online, with my work schedule, online was much more convenient. It took less than a week for my loan to be paid off and transferred after approval.
It was all very easy and quickly handled. Ricky handled the initial application process and was very helpful making sure all the questions and information needed on both sides was collected and provided in a timely manner. I am terrible with names, but everyone else I dealt with was very helpful and professional through closing.
I would definitely recommend Credit Union of Denver for an initial auto loan or refinance of a current loan. Their rates and terms are competitive, in my case MUCH better than others, and very easy to work with throughout the process.

Everyone here feels like family. Ive had a handful of car loans over the years with Credit Union of Denver and let me just say that they truly make you feel like family. I haven't always had the picture perfect credit, yet they always understood my fare share of hard times over the years and have always been more than willing to work with me. Marlene really made my day when I called them to give them the last few dollars I had left for my car payment. She obviously acknowledged the intention and struggle, that she found an option to help me with my situation making me feel 100% better knowing that they trust that I will fulfill my end of the car loan deal, i only needed someone to understand what I'm dealing with at the time and work with me.
Building a relationship with this credit union is one of the best things I've done, and I couldn't be more happy with it that I tell all my friends about it every chance I get.
