I had an issue with my personal email, it was a scam. I went to the Arvada branch and explained what was happening with someone trying to tell me I owed them 1000.00 dollars. Josh Barajas, the manager helped me out by freezing my online access and changing My PIN. He was very gracious. I went back and had my online banking reactivated. Josh was very kind and helpful, again. He is a very patient person. I appreciated his help immensely.

I was blessed to be sent to Matthew O., who assisted me with starting an online business account. I'm sure it was clear to Matthew that I needed some extra assistance with this whole new business process. From the start, Matthew made me feel like I was his number one priority and bared with me while I struggled with my new life change. This bank is amazing. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. The asst. branch manager Mark always goes above and beyond to help, even taking time to answer all my questions when I inquired about becoming a member of this credit union. Mark is very hands hands on with the members, from what I have noticed. It just feels cozy ever time I go into this branch, like a tight knit little family. My only regret is that I did not join this bank years ago.

One of the worst credit unions I've dealt with. Put forced placed insurance on my vehicle without notifying me, for a car loan that has had insurance since day one. I called to make the first payment over the phone since the online portal is super outdated and clunky. No one bothered to bring up the fact they needed proof of insurance either on the phone or via email. I only found out after the 3rd month via mail. Waited on hold for 45 mins to talk to someone, only for a Vanessa to let me know I should have known because it was in my introductory packet they mailed. There are plenty of banks to choose from, some better than others, some local, some national. My advice, go with a more reputable bank (ENT CHASE BOA). You will be glad you did when you need to talk to someone and make a deposit or pay a bill online. Crap customer service, crap communication, crap accessibility.
UPDATE 3rd month of forced placed insurance after being assured it was taken care of, 3rd month of waiting on hold for 30 mins to speak to someone to be told I must wait 30 mins to speak to the company the "outsource" their forced placed insurance with....I just paid the car off. Not worth the brain damage. I'm upset they got what little interest off thew loan that they did. Awful bank.

I have a worst experience with Joshua Barajas, I do not have return call or return email message from him. What is going on? I have never had such a bad customer experience with any other bank!!! What is going on? I wonder if any other customer had the same experience as me.

Stay away from this Credit Union. Everything you read that is bad is 100% true. I’ve been a member since 2017 and these last two years have been horrible. Always some type of issue getting your money out of the bank. They don’t approve any loans even with a 800 credit score. DO NOT BANK HERE.!!
