This branch is horrible, rude and slow uncaring staff. I’ve been with foothills since 2010, and had great relations with everyone at the Lakewood location. I was excited when this one opened as I was living close to this branch. When I found out rose was here, I was very happy. When rose went back to Lakewood. I started to really notice how bad the head teller was here. Unfriendly and rude. Tellers seem to turn over a lot around her I notice when I go through the drive through as it’s always someone different. When there’s no one at the counter and I’m in the drive thru getting deposits ready, they leave the window and are slow in returning as if they forget you are there. The last time I went through the young teller asked for my ID on a deposit, and insisted it was protocol. And he needed to verify who I was. In my 15 years at foothills no one has ever asked me for an ID on a deposit. I used to deposit 100K checks at Chase for my company and was never asked for my ID.
Scott is the president of this bank, please inform him if the horrible employees here. For now anyone reading this, go to the Lakewood branch, they are great there!

At the Wheat Ridge branch today as the Credit Union sent $5 certificates in the mail for my two grandchildren as they each have a savings account. So thoughtful. Other credit unions don’t do fun things like this. We love their customer service. They are extremely helpful and friendly.

I would like to stay with Foothills Credit Union but I can't because they need to have more than one money transfer app then just the one they have. ApplePay isn't for everyone one who doesn't have an IPhone
