Used to be a great bank with great customer service. Not so any more! Bennett branch manager is very unprofessional, immature and has anger issues and is dishonest. So glad not to bank there anymore after 21 years of being a customer. With three other banks in the same town, you would think they would try to do better to keep business. ✌🏽out High Plains.

I went to Independent Financial to see if I can get a document notarized and they refused to help because I am not a customer even though I offered to pay them. High Plains Bank was wonderful, did the notary and didn't even charge me. That's customer service! What a better bank! They are the better choice in Bennett!

I have been with this bank for over five years. They close early Monday through Friday at 4:30 no Saturday hours they make it really hard for working person to handle any business inside the bank. Their supply thing is always empty on the weekends truly just been disappointed lately with them, they are awesome when you actually get to talk to him and get in there which for me I either have to take a day off or wait for a bad weather day to handle any kind of business in person which is what sucks

I have always walked into High Plains with a friendly face smiling at me from behind the counter and have always felt very welcome as I enter. My family needed a notary and the staff went out of their way to help us accomplish our deadline for our paperwork. Great staff, great customer service, extremely helpful and welcoming.

This bank is HORRIBLE! They block your account for ANY reason. WIth $10,000.00 in my account, tried to spend $1500.00 at guitar center and the bank blocked the purchase then shut down my card. Second time this has happened. This bank will refuse payment for any stupid reason. This is MY money and I can spend it where I want to. Pulling all funds from this bank this morning.
