I have worked with Tamey for many years, using her for my personal and business taxes. As the company grew we switched to a larger accounting company that promised to provide more services. Within months, I switched back to Tamey. The larger company failed to provide the quality of service and client care we had with Tamey.

Tamey has been handling my taxes for the past 5 years. During that time I have been very pleased with the services provided. First time having to file my taxes with a CPA. My thoughts were initially positive, having met with Tamey face to face. Then just a few days before taxes are due, I get an email with a link to my tax return. Sounds good, but that is not what should have happened in my case. I needed an extension filed, not my return completed. This CPA messed up, but the real problem came in the aftermath. Her office manager calls me up to tell me that the mix up is my fault and that they can't keep track of all their clients information. Really?! Talk about crappy service that cost me $100 for nothing. Bottom line is this firm lacks professionalism, knowledge and customer service skills. Please go elsewhere!!

I have been with Tamey and her team since 2015. She came highly recommended by a friend of mine. Everyone is so very helpful and informative. Tamey is a great CPA. Liz is awesome at sales tax. I would be lost without them.

I have used this office for 4 tax years now. Tamey is wonderful in person, so helpful and informative. Her staff is incompetent. It took 3 emails and 2 phone calls to get my voucher to pay my state taxes owed. I was told to go online (which is impossible if you've used CO state portal before). I just wanted to mail my payment in asap. To top it off, for 2017 taxes I received my taxes on a CD. While a nice gesture, I personally prefer an electronic email or a paper copy. Our laptops don't even have a CD drive! They're trying to catch up with the times, but failing. I do not have an electronic copy of my taxes yet, or a voucher to pay them. It's JUNE.

Absolutely the worst people it has been my displeasure to deal with. The communication is lacking to say the least and they try to charge you for every little thing even months later. Do yourself a favor and find someone reputable to deal with.
