UPDATE---- this company is out right liars. So today I found out that they due to none payment they canceled our Home owner insurance back in march. They said we got a letter, never did, and also a refund. Never got it either. The best part of this the none payment issue is, they get paid directly from the lender. Its automatic ever month. Straight garbage company. They also they on my earlier post said they would contact me directly and never did. They use a cookie cutter response. If you local agents read this, you might want to call me because you have a lot of my money and I have proof that the lenders sent you money. Your stealing from me. So get this resolved today.

Someone finally called my wife and talked to her, the first thing that she said was, “well your Husband is not happy”. No Kidding! This is how this conversation went down. Country financial is blaming My mortgage company for nonpayment, now the reason for this is when we did the initial quote, we told the three times to three different ladies who work in this local office, about our pellet stove. They sent the binder into the mortgage company as is. Then they said, “Oh No!” we made a mistake. So, they tried to charge me extra 500 dollars because we told THREE DIFFERENT LADIES THAT WE HAD WOOD PELLET STOVE. How dare I not pay the difference for their mistake. By the way they blame that on the mortgage company also. Now thanks to this local office incompetence and not taking responsibility for their mistakes I have been without Homeowners insurances since March. They also said they sent a Refund check in, which we never did. So, the local agent states that she is going to call billing to make sure the check was not cashed, again blaming me because she thinks we are trying to get one over on her. But in the end the check was not cashed. BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT IT. I am sure giving the chance that they would blame that on someone else. TLDR this local office is trash; I would not trust them with dirt! They blame everyone else for their mistake and want to make the customer pay for it.
Just and FYI, the cookie cutter response that is at the bottom of the first review, they never followed up on, until I said something about it.
Again, go somewhere else for insurance, I would pay 5 times the amount not to do business with them.
They did the same thing but to a vehicle to another customer.
SAD!
