My husband and I worked with Veronica to get set up with homeowners and auto insurance with State Farm. We had a wonderful time chatting with her! She took down all the information she needed, and had a quote back to us within about an hour. Then we chatted again for just a few minutes and had everything finalized and switched over. We’ve been using Kris Yoder- State Farm in Fairbanks, AK as our auto insurance for a few years now and they always seem to have an affordable fair quotes in any insurance needs you have. The team members are polite and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. This go round, Veronica Hassinger was the agent helping us out amend our existing auto insurance and so far, she was delightful to deal with. I highly recommend this place for all your insurance needs.

Great customer service! 10/10 would recommend! When calling I was expecting to get an automated system but instead spoke with Tracy who had amazing customer service and quickly got me to an agent (Jamie). After going over some brief questions Jamie was able to get me exactly what I needed/wanted and even walked me through steps that I needed assistance with.

The people here are nice and will help you. What happened in my case is that I’ve been being charged 30 dollars more for… wait for it… an 2007 vs a 2024. Yep, my grandma car. The first time I went in to talk to them, the issue was solved. The agent assured me that it wouldn’t happen again. The bill I just got was.. surprise.. exactly what he told me wouldn’t happen. I think these folks are trying their best overall. Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great with them. If you choose this office, I hope you have a better experience.
