Hard to imagine a worse property management experience. MVP managed a deck renovation project on our behalf that took 6x the original time estimate and nearly that much in cost overrun. In fairness, MVP is not responsible for the full cost overrun, but they fostered an atmosphere with no accountability for either themselves or the contractors and, when the homeowners realized that very expensive mistakes had been made, they were unwilling and unable to help us trace back to the root cause of the problem and hold the proper parties responsible. They charged us over $30k in project management fees and never once proactively brought an issue to our attention, let alone help us resolve one. The best they could do was arrange meetings at the contractors' request which invariably resulted in large cost increases for the project (sometimes legitimately so, again in fairness). When the homeowners realized that expensive mistakes had been made and tried to seek accountability, rather than fulfill their obligations as our advocates and help us achieve resolution, they became uncooperative and antagonistic, refusing to answer questions and issuing threats of mechanical liens.

We have worked together over 6 years and they are the very best in the Vail Valley! With their help Highcliffe is one of Vail's most popular and successful vacation rental properties. I would like to provide a shoutout to Robert and Jeff of MVPM who came to my unit #24 in Mountain Meadow on Monday, Jan. 22 to check out my baseboard heating units. Not only did they check them out (which are just too underpowered to heat my main living area), they give me great advice on what to replace them with as well as other things I could do to improve the heating of my condo, including getting window covers on 3 uncovered windows, getting the fan repaired on my gas fireplace unit, and reversing the ceiling fan - which they did even though it is 15 feet above the floor. They also partially repaired my kitchen sink faucet, and gave me advice on getting a new one. They also fixed two wall sockets that weren't working. Their willingness to discuss all these items with me was greatly appreciated!
