My husband and I just moved here last week and didn’t realize T-Mobile isn’t anywhere in Alaska. We decided to switch to AT&T and I’m so thankful we did! Alex helped us out and gave us a great deal. He was very knowledgeable and up front about any fees or additional charges that may occur. He was also very personable and professional. 10/10 experience. It’s also very conveniently located. After leaving the town location, I was about to leave At and T. I drove to the North Pole location after talking to Roger on the phone that I would be helped. And I was.. Alex helped me order, understand my bill, talked me through the process with no judgement or lack of patience. Alex helped me the entire way to make my new phone experience flawless. While in store people have great customer service, the ATT policy will not let you unlock your phone if you can't get into your email, even though you show oroof of ownership and identity.

Roger helped us out A Lot!. Instead of trying to sell us the newest and greatest I phone, he reminded us that since the phone is broken we can file a claim and get an upgraded phone within a couple days for just a deductible. He also brought down our monthly bill by removing something that we no longer use!
