I have worked with Markwood Realty since the first opened. We have done the on call maintenance for most of the properties that they manage and having worked with many other property managers for over a decade I can confidently say that Markwood Realty has been the absolute best at responding to the calls and needs of the residents of their properties. With most other property managers we have to go through a burdensome approval process when we identify issues that may not be on the main work order. However, Markwood Realty always says, “If there is something else that needs to be done to make the house safer or to prevent another issue, just do it and we will handle the work order later.” Their slogan “You should love when you live” embodies there desire to take care of their residents and clients.

Cheryl and Jamie at Markwood Realty have been great! Fast and reliable communication with tenants. When maintenance comes into the unit they are very quick and respectful ☺️ the property stays well maintained and it is a quiet building

The online application needs some tweaking as not all mandatory full-in fields are applicable to everyone (I kept getting errors); but, calls to the Jamie in the office helped me overcome those minor technical issues — and within a couple of days I’m happy to note that Cheryl et al has helped me to find my new home. This outfit has got to be the worst property management in Fairbanks. Beware to potential clients as Markwook Realty makes the rules up as they go. Totally unaccountable and unreliable when it comes to resolving issues in our HOA. Uses substandard contractors for work on HOA properties. Plays favorites to certain tenants and tries to impose fake rules on others. Talks trash about owners in our HOA whose HOA fees pay her salary.

It’s time to retire
