Once they have your business they make no effort, ZERO effort in fact to touch bases with clients and make sure their insurance needs are meeting their needs. Calls were not returned, and finally, after going to another agent, what I feared was confirmed, the policy had received no attention from Bidwell and my home was drastically uninsured. I would not recommend this company to insure your child's big wheel let alone your home, especially in these years following the Paradise Fire when so much has changed.
