My wife and I met with Samantha today to go over our home and auto insurance needs. As usual she was very pleasant and professional. She answered all our questions with ease and helped us update our coverage. I would recommend meeting with her to anyone who wants to be sure they are properly covered. I have been with State Farm through this office before Keith McBride took over from Wally Hutton and have stayed with them even though I have moved 125 miles away. They are always great to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, and take care of issues rapidly. Not that I have had many issues. I would strongly recommend the McBride office to anyone needing insurance services. Sam Leiz was exceptional.

I’ve been with Keith’s office for 5 or 6 years now, and over that span I’ve only encountered positive experiences. I’ve experienced a hit and run, an encounter with a deer, and had a few rocks find my windshield. Regardless of the situation, Sam and Cory were there to provide assistance along the way. This office has a friendly/family atmosphere, who don’t treat you like just a client. They offer competitive rates and coverages, and when I compare prices their’s are always lower than their competitors. I still hope to meet Jake from State Farm someday! 😁

I have been using this office for years now for multiple insurance policies, they have been wonderful over the years. This office has been my favorite since I began driving 18 years ago! They are always so helpful and kind! I just switched over insurance with a used car i bought and Cory Holt helped me and was very informative and gave me good information for my policy! I did not know Staye Farm had life insurance so I put that on my plan as well and it was all good pricing! Thank you Cory and State Farm!

My car was involved in a small fender bender. I was not the driver. Sam at State Farm helped me get through the claim clearly with extra detail due to the fact that I was not the driver. The case was settled. She also helped me get the proper coverage I needed on the rest of my vehicles. By bundling my home and all my vehicles together with State Farm Sam saved me hundreds if not over a thousand dollars annually. I can't say enough about the fantastic team at Keith McBride's office in Chico, Five Stars!!
