Just started with SMG at the end of January and couldn't be more impressed. This company has been very welcoming and supportive during the onboarding and training process. They flew myself and other new employees down to Florida for an entire week of training at the corporate office. We were given an amazing experience all week. The training was helpful and well put together. Kelly Williams trained us on Entrata software and company policies with the help from Nicole Sharp. We also had all other corporate office staff including the owner and president stop in and welcome us. HR, Accounting, Marketing all stopped in as well to give us training insights from their departments. They even took us out after work for local dining and tourist spots including the Siesta Key. Couldn't have asked for a better training experience. Besides training I have felt supported everyday at work as I learn my new property. There is always someone to answer my questions or help me through any problems. I also have felt inspired and empowered to make this property the best it can be. Thank you SMG! Can't wait to see where I go with this company.

I moved into Clubside Apartments in mid March, upon signing my lease my name was incorrect on the lease. The PM did not show me where the laundry room is or even toured the apartment with me but simply handed me the key. After I moved in the next day I tried to contact the PM to correct my lease and the office was closed and the PM gone without return. I had maintenance issues from day one and no maintenance man info or PM on site. Since then I had nothing but issues from Bugs and Ants all over the place, mold in the windows and more than I can handle. The smoke detector not working and I was a victim of a fire last year, to many other issues. Finally when I found my place on Mother’s Day bug invested again I gave my 60 Day Notice and the new PM a young female was very rude and gave me demands of a early term fee which was not specified in my original lease. I am a Veteran who served this Country and should not be treated that way shame on how you take care of your Vets.

Not income approved (3xmonthly rent $1400=$4200; better income vetting may have saved us $80 for two applications as a War-Veteran Senior Couple during a pandemic. Nice quiet apartment...overly priced for scarcity of living options anywhere to be found in this area. Staff was cordial during our tour but numerous calls and texts went unanswered in timely expectation.
