This is my first time working with a property management agency. Everything about my experience with Alfano Property Management waa overwhelmingly positive. Mrs. Alfano and Mr. Alfano have been more than patient and generous with me during our time in our condo and even after we transitioned elsewhere. Specifically I would like to thank Mr Jeremie who is one of the kindest people I have met in many months. Although we needed to move on for personal reasons, Alfano properties ensured stability for my children and I from start to end. It is a personal goal of mine to return one day and rent from this amazing team. Finally, I would like to give special thanks to Mr. Nick Mandiola. The first 3 years where good but as soon as they change management, and started getting greedy with money it went down hill. I've been there tenet for about 9 years. last year December of 2022 my husband was diagnosed with heart failure and he was the only one working as I stood home with my children. while he was in and out the hospital making us late to pay rent, mind you I've been on time paying even when covid hit. I told them my situation they act like they cared then 3 day later I get a 3 days notice on my door moral of the story is that they don't care. Also they where so petty I also experienced mold in the house also the maintenance team they would hire sucks please for whom it may concern keep away from these hypocrite landlords.[🖕🖕 ] Also if you have the opportunity to buy a house do so before you know it you would be wasting your money paying some one else's mortgage pay your own mortgage don't waste your money down the drain like I did for 9 year's $ 69,900 wasted when I could had put that toward my own mortgage giving my self equity please stay woke

I bought my Condo in Lake Mary with Realtor Nick Mandiola. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process, he was also kind and patient with me.
He was so helpful above and beyond what he needed to be. I am handicapped and require a scooter and lift to get around. He was right there lending a helpful hand every step of the way.
I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a wonderful, caring realtor.
