I’m extremely disappointed with this company. They withheld nearly my entire $2,000 deposit, refunding only $200 with completely unjustified charges. I’ve attached a screenshot of the statement and videos showing the condition I left the property in—clean, with all holes patched and only normal wear and tear.

On top of that, dealing with them during my lease was a nightmare. They took forever to fix any issues, and communicating with them was always frustrating. Now they’re trying to squeeze more money out of me after I’ve moved out.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you’re considering renting from them, don’t. You’ll save yourself a lot of stress and money.

I’m very disappointed with this company , after a year of renting , always paying on time and also clean that house in every corner to get my deposit back , they find a way to screw me over , but it’s ok I was going through a divorce and I’m not from Florida , but I got my lawyers involved because this scam needs to stop , we hardworking people , single moms , we need respect and also don’t take advantage because you think your company is big , I’m leaving some pics and proofs that Mynd Property is a big scam and only want money out your pocket , people please do your research before you rent from this company , if I could leave a -0 review i will , God doesn’t like ugly

BEWARE!!! If I could give zero stars I would! I'm an RN and when I found this place, I saw that it needed to really get cleaned up so the property management stated during my pre-move in call that they're going to make all necessary repairs and clean inside and out prior to my move in date 11/28, because I wanted to move in much sooner. After that pre-move in call, I never received a call again. They sent me a code for the door box for a self guided tour So on The Thursday prior to moving in, I saw the house was just as dirty and disgusting as it had been the whole time. Plus there's already people living there! I asked to speak to my leasing agent or another agent eventually emailed me saying they're sorry I didn't like the yard and they could submit a request for landscaping or cancel agreement with them. I chose to cancel and they charged me for 15 days the house was off the market and kept my move in fee. They're scammers and WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with Mynd regarding my property. Despite paying over $4,200 in August for septic repairs, the issue remains unresolved. My tenants have been dealing with backed-up water, flooding, and a sewage smell throughout the home for weeks, with no adequate response from the management company.

Their lack of communication with both me and the tenants has been horrible, not just in this situation but in others as well. My tenants have consistently reported issues related to water intrusion , and they’ve been ignored or left waiting for long periods without any follow-up. It’s unacceptable that, while they make sure to collect rent on time, they can’t be bothered to provide basic maintenance services or timely communication.

I expect more from a property management company, especially when I'm paying monthly fees for services that should cover these types of maintenance issues. At this point, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend[Mynd if you’re looking for reliable service and timely resolution to property concerns.

RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN IF YOU HAPPEN TO SEE ONE OF THERE PROPERTIES. This is not rating any property owner, solely the management (MYND). They are horrible, I had so many issues. They always apologize, then do it again. The most frustrating experience I ever had. They don't repair in timely Manor, then they will send people that dont even know what there doing. If you do deside to go a head with them, you will remember this review. All the others are correct on what these people do.

worst rental property i have have had the displeasure of renting from. i cannot recommend enough to STAY AWAY. This company is a scam and will literally rent you a property that is below living standards and when asked to address said issues they will take months to fix if at all. since day one i have moved in i have had mold damage to the floor and ventilation system along with leaks in the roof and plumbing issues. it begs to question if this property was inspected and passed for living conditions to begin with. Don't expect to be compensated or have reduced rent for these issues either as they are unwilling to work with tenants even if mynd is at fault. i would highly recommend if your house has issues during the walkthrough to just continue walking until you reach the next rental company cause this is not the one. the borderline predatorial practice need to be investigated ASAP!.
They will respond in google reviews but not in person how interesting. I am already in contact with the property owner and management nothing you do here will help me your company in incompetence and needs to be reviewed

Absolutely awful company to rent from
Wish I could give them less than one star.
Complete nightmare. Anytime we needed service done on our rental property, we would get pushback, no one would show up or when the task was actually completed it was cheap and poorly fixed to save money. Customer service is almost impossible to get through to. DO NOT RENT from this company. They do not care about their homes or the people that rent them, typical big business.
