I have nothing but negative experiences with this arrogant, incompetent and insulting company during the entire 10 year duration of my condominium ownership in the GLENEAGLES Condominium Development.
The most recent is their processing of duplicate payments for January 2025. I have called four times, posted four messages on the Owners Portal, sent six or more emails and no response! I finally went to my financial institution and stopped payment on the unauthorized payment and blocked CPMG from accessing my account. I advised CPMG of this action and within hours the transaction was reversed but I have never received any reply or communication from CPMG! It is time for CPMG to be removed!!!

I am very annoyed that they never return phone calls, but they will send an email. Everything cannot be fixed through email. When you do get someone at the office it is never anyone that can help you, they always have to send a message for them to get back to you. I have specifically asked for these people to call me and what do they do, send an email. These people don't care, they just want your money.

I had a leak that went unaddressed for a whole week. The owner of the unit I reside in, the property manager, and I called multiple times without any answer or communication from them. Thankfully they responded after 7 days of the ceiling leaking. Unfortunately due to the incompetence and lack of communication mold was able to grow during this time. The issue has been resolved for the most part, but I have had another issue with this management group. I have mold in my bedroom because of the gutters never being cleaned which would then allow the water overflowing the gutters to penetrate into the unit thus causing the mold. Thankfully a third party maintenance man has cleaned the gutters after I have called multiple times to have them cleaned, and resolved the mold issue. The only times I get a response are when I mention that my father is an attorney, which should not be the case as there should be competent communication and the ability to have ones problems fixed in a reasonable time. The major problems with this management group is a major lack of communication, and somewhat lack care from my perspective.

This is the worst property management company I have ever encountered. They are rude and incompetent. If I hadn’t removed my method of payment and auto pay, they would have charged me for a month after I sold my condo. I see that that also happened to someone else Who left a review. Why anyone would want to do business with this company amazes me. They said I never told them I was selling my home, which is untrue. Someone screwed up and dropped the ball and he’s blaming me. They are all liars and they don’t know how to do their jobs.

We here in Village 3 , Hammock Pine, experiencing this Citadel management for a long tim, but, unfortunately my personal experience isn’t one of the top.
Hardly, or never can have anyone answering your phone, calling you back, probably if you are lucky.
Solving problems, no way, probably they ha a new style send one email, and nothing more , Emails didn’t solve problems, only actions.
But when we are talking about changing fees, they are masters. Recently we have an increase of 25% for less service, that is unacceptable.
I have a small advice to people working for Citadel : Start answering phone calls and stop aggravating people that actually paying you .

My daughter and I love Michaels. But their prices can be out of reach at times. it is a good place to go right after Christmas. You get really good deals on great quality wrapping paper and Christmas gifts.

They do by answer the phone, and take weeks to return calls. Not sure how a respectable HOA organization can put their residents through Citadel’s inefficiencies!
