It is the worst company I have ever had in rent for me I put zero starts. I sincerely do not recommend the company them to avoid headaches. We were renting Altamonte Spring Buena Vista Apartment. We paid 75 dollars a month for a filter and other things that they said they would do the service and they don't. When we moved in and did the walk-through of the apartment, they gave me a broken one of the refrigerator compartments, something they wanted to charge us for even though they gave me a broken one. One of the curtains in one of the rooms was yellow and they never changed it. They have poor communication between the person who rents and them. We were in the process of buying a house in July and my husband called Atrium to ask if we could leave earlier, like September. It turns out that we never bought the house and we never received the contract renewal in the following months. I called and it just so happens that it was never going to arrive. Cristian told me how my husband called and he said that we were going to leave at the end of December and September because of the purchase. We never got around to closing the deal on the house and Cristian responded that we had until September and that the renewal would never come. I told him that we were leaving in November, which was the end of our contract. I spoke to my husband and he told me that it was just a question he asked, he never said that we were going. In conclusion, we did not renew the contract, thank God. In fact, I was pregnant and everything, I looked for a cleaning company, we paid about $311 for professional cleaning and we left everything fine. We received a letter from them for our deposit that they were only going to give us $636 because they were not done with touch paint, since the apartment when we rented it already had a lot of little holes and it did not have touch paint. How do I know why we used the same holes, some, not all, to hang things. My husband covered a lot that we found very small, which, to be honest, cannot be seen with the naked eye. On the other hand, in Buena Vista Apartments we have had many audits in just a few months because the infrastructure is very unstable. Neighbors in our building have some cracked walls and humidity. We notified the person who is doing the audit that there seems to be humidity and they told us that unfortunately it is something under the walls. They have cut off our water several times because of the audits they are doing because the owners have paid to see what condition it is in. I have called Atrium several times and the same old lady at the front desk already knows me because I called to talk to someone and she never called me back. Now that we have moved, thank God it really is the best decision we made and I am even more pregnant. Then they send a letter saying that they are only going to return $636 and they keep more than $1000!!! Seriously, Atrium is stupid. We have always paid the rent on time and much earlier, which they can't say anything about. Plus, we hired a cleaning company, not the one they wanted but a different one, to tell me that they haven't cleaned well, even though I went and walked around the entire apartment and they tell me that they left it dirty. Please!! Atrium management shit. Here I leave all the videos, clean, of the curtain that was always yellow. Seriously, don't rent with them, I already know this from two years of experience. I just investigated the company and they have had a ton of complaints, even if I had investigated well I would have saved myself this unpleasantness.

I wanted to wait a little while before I write a review right away but one thing I will say I’ve had the best experience with Atrium from the application process with Tiffany she was such a pleasure to work with!!! I highly recommend her and this company. moving in my condo has been great.. When it comes to fixing things they are very quick with the work order which I’m very thankful:. I do appreciate the owner and Atrium because my experience has been the greatest! Also Mark is such a professional maintenance man I also appreciate the fact he make sure he completes my work order correctly and cares about what he does. Best Regard, Monica P.

Posting for my daughter who is being ripped off from this company. She’s too busy working. After move out, was charged for painting the apartment after only living there one year, nearly all her deposit. Never heard of such a thing in all my years of renting, her either. We had apt cleaned and was in excellent condition. We have pictures. With that being said, we worked with them after they provided the reason. Just be sure to read your lease fine print before moving out.
