I live in Creekwood and it's a great community The only downfall is we have AMI managing our HOA. They lose payments send out payment coupons late so now we have late fees and their representee at the meetings is very rude and unprofessional. I'm hoping in the near future we as a community can vote to find a new company and get rid of AMI

Living in the Meadows is a wonderful place to live. My biggest negative was AMI as our property management company and the property manager J. Thankfully our board fired AMI after years of slow service and questionable decisions. I’ve read the negative reviews and agree with their comments.
Do yourself a favor and make sure to do your research if considering AMI.

We are a small condo association of 90 units that has recently returned to AMI for our condo management after a long and sometimes rocky relationship with two other companies. The AMI staff has been very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Our requests are handled quickly and emails are acknowledged in a timely manner. The office staff and manager assistant are always there to help when our senior manager is busy with other properties. The Finance department takes care of our bills and makes inquiries when necessary for verification. The transfer over for collection of resident monthly payments is going smoothly.
We are very pleased with the service we are receiving.

I live in The Meadows and have exchanged emails with Julie Rose a few times. She is very prompt in her responses and willingness to answer and address my questions and concerns. I appreciate Julie and how kind and responsive she has been!

On a weekend we were having an emergency and I was able to reach our Community Association Manager. Eric Hagar called me back within a few minutes after calling AMI after hours. He insured me that a work order was created. He called me back the next day to let me know an update on my emergency. I am happy with the customer service AMI provides to its members.

Hi Matt! It's impressive that it took you less than an hour to reply to my google review but L Blizzard still hasn't returned one of my 3 calls since December! Very on brand- as I had similar experiences with Rocco and Lynn (also your employees) being generally unhelpful. I'd call and tell you this, but no one answers the phone. I usually don't even leave bad google reviews, but this one is worth it and I know you'll actually see it! 🙂

Our HOA switched management companies and are no longer with Advanced Management. I called AMI twice in December and sent a contact info form to make sure my auto payments would not go through and to cancel them moving forward - someone ensured me via email I would not be charged (but never bothered to call me back). I WAS indeed charged for January and had to pay $35 for a stop payment with my bank. I've tried calling again to ensure I don't get charged for February and moving forward, but no one ever answers the phone. Big thumbs down and glad our HOA switched to another company.

It's hard to begin describing how absolutely terrible the group of individuals who work here are. As a resident living in one of their communities, I am not shocked to see others who have reviewed here discuss similar issues in which I have experienced. No one in the office cares much about assisting community members with anything. Voicemails left go unanswered, emails unresponded and the front desk has admitted that several management team members screen calls and automatically send to voicemails. If you care about the people who live in your community, stay far away from this group. They refuse to assist with anything and are the most smug group of individuals I have ever dealt with. Upper management could care less and it trickles down to everyone on their team.Their MO is clear, do not help residents, claim things are ''policy" and then place blame back on the residents when they choose to show zero care for issues you need assistance with. I am confident that this MO will be played out in their response here, as it has with many others who have reviewed.

I will not recommend this Company to anyone. We are a 64 unit Condominium Association who has been managed by AMI for years, however I recently sent an email to the president Doug Wilson via two different methods and he nor anyone else has responded. The issue concerned their Property Manager Opening up one of our Board Meetings at their office site by threatening our unit owners with physical removal by 2 or 3 large employees and if that wasn’t successful threatening that 911 would be called to physically remove them. All this before any unit owner even said a word and before the meeting had started. Some perceived, unjustified threat assumed by the Property Manager to a group of elder unit owners who were in attendance to hear the Board, as questions and get some clarity on a very unjust issue being levied at them. No one was threatening, no one was violent or loud. No one had any bad intent what so ever. The lack of response and the indifference by AMI for the actions of their employee is very very disturbing.

Mat as promised below looked in to what I posted above and I copied and pasted his reply below which confirms that as a matter of practice AMI Managers open Board Meetings by threatening those in attendance with physical removal if they in the eyes of AMI are “out of order”. Yes this is extremely Brash, intimidating to those who attend Board meetings and totally uncalled for and unprofessional:
