Beth Palermo tries to do her best in helping when there are issues.
The building isn’t taken care of at all. Never cleaned, if something is broken or not working it’s not fixed unless someone complains, even than it takes a long time.
The building owner (MK Asset Managements’s Principal, Mr. Margolis) could care less about the building and the tenants, it’s all about his income.
I guarantee you can find a much better place for the same price or even less, I know for sure because we did.
