I worked with Mario from 2018-2020 after he contacted me about leasing to own a property I had listed for rent in CO. Things went wrong from shortly after I signed the contract. I had to threaten eviction of my new tenants on the day they were moving in because I couldn't get Mario to pay me their prorated rent for the remainder of that month, and it was either poor responsiveness or lies on his end. From there, EVERY MONTH was pulling teeth to get paid. He would be late forwarding rent, I would *remind* him, he would tell me my tenants hadn't paid, I would contact my tenants (who I have an excellent relationship with) and they would forward me their proof of deposit slip, and then *magically* he'd find their rent. I finally took him out of the equation all together and had them pay me directly and there have been zero problems since. I felt like Mario was incredibly untrustworthy and would never work with him again. I think his trail of failed business ventures I a good clue as to his character (look up his previous company Bridgehouse America to get the real story - seems like he had to cut ties with that one and try to get a "fresh start" given all the negative reviews like mine).

So I guess the best way to get my 850.00 satisfaction is to come on here and warn every single person who would be contacted by Mario to know that he is far from honest or trustworthy. A person is only as good as his word. At this point I have come to the conclusion that I will never see the 850.00 to repair the garage door I paid out of pocket awaiting Mario to reimburse me. I have every single text message from you claiming it would be paid. FAIR WARNING DON"T DO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY.

Please read all the one star reviews. I’m in the same boat. Do not trust this company with your property. Same story for me with my home in Pensacola FL, lots of promises made by Mario, then lack of communication and he has ran away with my money too. My poor tenants also lost out on thousands.

Bridgehouse Investors is just another name for Bridgehouse America. Looks like Mario re-branded it after everyone started to post bad reviews for Bridgehouse America. Do not do business with this company!!!!!!!!!!

Please do your research on Bridgehouse America and Mario Robert Garcia online, there are all kind of people coming forward about his shady business practices.
