I received a called from this company yesterday since I just bought my car and they were very misleading. At the beginning they stated that they were with the dealership that I bought my car from. After that they stated that the warranty that I bought from my car dealership was a fraud? That I did not have any coverage that they checked on their computers and did not see any insurance on my car. They asked me a few questions and were very insisting on me getting the plan with them. The guy called his manager and they spoked to us. he said he was going to give us a deal or some b.s like that. He kept asking us for our payment method and said that they could do an arrangement for us to get started. He requested $90 and than said that we would pay the rest next week. we told the guy that we would think about it and the guy kept insisting and asking for the payment method every time he finished his big speech. We agree to it since we did not know what was going on and were confuse and were also very busy at the time when they called. We went to the dealership today to ask about the called that we got yesterday and the dealer explain to us that these company bought our info from the DMV. we called this company to cancel the insurance and requested a refund of the $90 since it was very misleading what they told us yesterday. the lady over the phone did not want to cancel and kept giving us the same b.s as the guy from yesterday. She kept insisting for us to cancel our warranty with the dealership and asked us which company we had. we told her and said to her that we still wanted to cancel and did not want anything to do with them and after like almost an hour of arguing with the customer service over the phone she said that she would cancel the account. We asked her what would happen to the money and that if we were going to get a refund. The way the woman said it over the phone was like we did not pay anything and were going to lose our money. Since the transaction was still pending on my credit card I went to the bank and requested a stop to the transaction and inform the Of what happened. My bank had to put a stop to the transaction and cancel my card and request a new card to stop any future unauthorized transactions that might try to do this company. I am very upset with this company and find them to be a fraud!!!
