I worked with Teresa for two years and the communication has never been good. However, this year was terrible. I was on vacation when they filed our returns and I notified them of that fact and ask them to file on our behalf. Well as it turned out we owed the state and we were never notified. According to them it was up to us to find that out when we picked up our tax return!!! No courtesy email stating we owed or an email that the deadline to pay was approaching nothing. We had penalties and interest that we had to pay when I brought that to their attention the response was essentially that is your fault. I asked if it could be reduce from our annual payment of $1,800 and they said nope - no can do. We are no longer using their services and that could have easily been avoided had they just had a little customer service.
