If I could give a negative review I would. We prepaid 2 months in advance. Pool not heated when we arrived even though we paid for it. Things are broken. Call them and all they say is that they put an escalation. This is the company I have ever Dealt with. The reviews say it all. They are in breach of contract. No wine opener, few dirty plates and place not clean. I would love to hear how they can defend themselves.always check who the management company is before booking. If it’s Nova …run away. They are the worst
Ps… they will tell you 20mins they will be there(means 2 days)

I love love love this company purely due to the customer service. Finding the perfect place for my family & I to call home was a stressful experience, and I just can’t express how grateful I am that the team at Nova understood that & have done everything they could to lighten my load. I highly recommend this company for all your housing needs ! If you’re able to, ASK FOR SALLY !! I always happen to be blessed with her on the other side of my calls or in office, and she is just amazing to work with. It’s evident that she cares more than just meeting a quota, and you’ll never feel like a problem the way you might feel with other customer service agents or renting companies. Thank you Sally for all your help, and thank you Nova Property Management for having true caring leaders on your team !

Nova Property Management, I can’t thank you enough for the hospitality and the time effort you folk put in with helping and serving other customer like myself. Thank you to the staff Sally, Lagi, Trinity, Evelyn and the other that I forgot there name. Finding a great place and great communication and knowing how to work the system around the new changes phenomenal

As an owner do not use this company to manage your rental property. My neighbor used them and I didn’t have their contact info so I called this company numerous times to report that there were about 15 people living in a 3 bedroom condo and that they were causing damage to the property. They did absolutely nothing and now the owner has to have everything fixed along with the damages caused to connecting units.

I wanna thank Nova Properties for their excellent work on my new unit and for excepting our family as their tenant. My family and i will be forever grateful for the chance they took on us. The professional way they do their business is equal to perfection, and I would recommend that any and whoever that needs a place should call them. I would like to acknowledge Sally Masalosalo Faumui and Lagi Simeaota. I called a few times and had many questions. I was looking for a house to rent. They were so professional and are just great people who had a lot of patience for someone who had a lot of questions. I appreciate them so much.
