Leaving this review to spread awareness on behalf of my friend. This place is a total scam, they file your taxes without your consent and will ghost you after! When I realized the wrong information was entered I called to cancel, however she still went ahead and submitted my taxes. Aside from that, she threw in numerous hidden fees. Don't come here and save your time and money!!

I have been coming to Diana for years she’s actually the best tax preparer I’ve ever been to which is why I stuck with her and won’t go anywhere else . She’s very knowledgeable and will get u such a good refund back . I went to other places and we have always owed, since coming to Diana I can almost always expect a refund back between me or my husband she’s amazing yes she gets very busy but the wait is 100% worth it .the wait time should show just how good she really is

They’re impossible to reach over the phone. The call center girls aren’t helpful at all and won’t provide any information if you need help with knowing information about your taxes if you filed there. I’ve been calling consistently and they just say the tax preparers are busy and it’s been over a week and I still don’t have information or my questions answered regarding my tax return.

Diana is the best at doing taxes.. I have been going to her for about 15 yrs she's always got me the most money on my refund.. very knowledgeable and experienced.. I would never allow anyone else to PREPARE my taxes.. definitely recommended

I was recommended to Diana’s income tax and was extremely impressed with her expertise. In the past I have had horrible experiences with other tax preparation this is why I choose to investigate on who I allow to prepare my taxes. She was able to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions and put me at ease. So if you are tired of going to places that promise to get you more money then get hit with audits and having to pay back go to Diana’s where you can be sure that everything she does is done properly and non fraudulent. She is by far one of the best in the IE.

Went here based of a friends recommendation and while it may be great for them, it was not for us. We wasted time. Plain and simple. We were waiting and information was collected and out of nowhere, we were told to leave for another day because Diana had to "drive up a hill and close easily because of it." Early was 1:30pm, sign said 7pm!

She then threaten to call the police on me because I told her I needed all my documents back and whatever information colleced, deleted as she was not going to help us. She refused and threatened to call the police on me again. I left totally embarrassed. If we have any issues with our socials being used for whatever reason, this will be the first place I point my finger.
